My Approach to Helping

Sometimes our greatest gifts are tangled up in unhelpful narratives or fading in the demands of life—I’m here to help you draw those out. I'd love to help you gain a clearer sense of who you are and how you'd like to show up in the world. In our sessions we will work together to create a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with curiosity instead of judgement. We’ll identify patterns and you’ll decide what's helping you and what you'd like to re-examine. As a therapist I see part my job as walking you towards, and helping you strengthen, your inner guide. This is the companion that you get to take with you long after our work together.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

I have over five years of counseling experience and operate at the intersection of ADHD possibilities x Queer perspective. Even if you aren't LGBTQ+ identified, I think "Queer" perspectives allow us to question norms, expand our sense of possibility, and liberate our inner voice. As a person with ADHD, I love a good side-quest. This makes me an adaptive therapist that isn't afraid to venture into new areas while still keeping tabs on the main storylines. Our therapy space can serve as a save-point so you can view life as a 'choose your own adventure', where you're welcome to explore all available options and return to a reliable home base.
