My Approach to Helping

Living in moments of emotional distress due to challenges in life is a common human experience. I use a collaborative and integrative approach to help individuals work through difficult and challenging times incorporating a mix of therapeutic techniques. I provide services to individuals who are struggling with a range of emotional concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, grief, loss, shame, low self-worth, and difficult life transitions. I will work with you in a compassionate, non-judgmental, and caring way centered around a balanced holistic approach. Whether the source of distress was caused by a specific event, a relationship, trauma, or life transition, I believe we all have the capacity for healing, personal growth, and the potential to create a more meaningful life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Graduate Student Intern, and through my own experiences working with individuals in crisis, I believe that everyone is resilient and has the capacity to find their own solutions but often find it difficult to accomplish them alone.
