I work with children and teens navigating challenges like anxiety, ADHD, depression, school stress, friendships, and big emotions, changes, grief, trauma, or self-harm. Therapy with me is a safe, supportive space where young people can be heard, understand their feelings, and build coping skills. Sessions can include conversation, problem-solving, creativity, or humor to make growth approachable, and I often collaborate with parents and caregivers to support kids both in therapy and at home.
Specialties
Sometimes words aren’t enough, so we use toys, games, role-play, and playful activities to explore feelings, practice coping skills, and make therapy fun and engaging.
Drawing, painting, or creating can help you express thoughts and emotions that are hard to put into words—plus, it’s a fun way to explore yourself and your world.
Using miniatures and sand, we can create stories, work through challenges, and discover solutions in a hands-on, imaginative way that makes feelings easier to see and understand.
I focus on understanding you as a whole person, respecting your experiences, and supporting your growth in a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself.
I mix different tools, techniques, and strategies to find what works best for each client, making therapy flexible, creative, and tailored just for you.
Specialties
Feeling anxious or overwhelmed? We’ll explore what’s going on, try out coping tools, and find ways to calm your mind so life feels a little less stressful.
When life feels heavy or joy is hard to find, I provide a safe space to talk, explore feelings, and build small steps toward feeling more energized and connected.
I work with kids and teens with ADHD by using books, activities, and practical interventions to help them understand their symptoms, learn strategies to manage challenges, and even use their unique strengths to their advantage.
Going through a big change or rough patch? I’ve got you. We’ll talk it through, play it out, or try whatever approach helps you feel more like yourself again.
Being a kid or teen isn’t always easy—school, friends, and big emotions can feel overwhelming. I’m here to help you figure it out, whether we talk, play, or try fun strategies that actually work for you.
