My Approach to Helping

I offer a tailored approach to fit your unique needs and framework. I integrate IFS, somatic therapy, DBT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and EFT to help you understand your emotions, reconnect with your body, and build skills that support steadier relationships—both with yourself and others. One of many ways I provide a affirming space is encouraging clients to bring their comfort items, stimming equipment, and to move their bodies in session.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a counselor because of my own lived experience as a client. Overall, I thought the field lacked authenticity, empathy, and understanding that the systems are not built for most people. What was most helpful for me and what encouraged me to join the field was a therapeutic relationship that was truly transformational.
