Sally Nicoletti, MS, NCC

Professional Counselor

I offer my clients a compassionate, safe, and supportive environment where I encourage them to share their life stories. A person's story reveals the many patterns and beliefs that evolve from trauma, loss, injury, and attachment issues.

My Approach

Patterns that develop in order to cope or feel safe in the past become the stuck places of the present making it difficult to grow and thrive, to have deep connection and relationship with others, to find purpose, and live to one's full potential. I offer my clients the opportunity to explore the beliefs and ways of being that are holding them back and to create new possibilities for growth, healing, and deep connection to the self.

My Background

Treatment approaches I use include: Coaching, Mindfulness-based, Attachment-based, Trauma Focused, Jungian psychology, and Archetypal Pattern Analysis. My hope as a therapist is to create an environment that is supportive, positive, and in which the client has both freedom of expression and freedom from judgement. I am a National Certified Counselor and hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling, a Graduate Certificate in Addiction, and have additional training in Archetypal Pattern Analysis. I hold office hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday with some early evening availability.
