My Ideal Client

Sam works primarily with individuals and couples struggling with: trauma, eating disorders, life changes, and anxiety. Her background includes working with a variety of mental health disorders (Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, and Personality Disorders) throughout her career as a clinical social worker. She provides an open space for individuals and couples to navigate life challenges and process their struggles. She provides client-centered and trauma-informed care.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys hiking with her family and dog, traveling, listening to the latest audiobook or podcast, and sipping coffee in a local coffee shop. She grew up in Washington and graduated with her MSW at Baylor University in Texas. She returned to the PNW in 2016. She is looking forward to beginning this journey with you!
