My Background
I graduated from Vassar College in 2017 with a degree in biochemistry. I went on to pursue a Master’s of Science in Human Nutrition and a Master’s of Education in Community Nutrition Education at Columbia University and became a registered dietitian in 2021. I have worked as an eating disorder and sports dietitian in residential and outpatient treatment settings. While I loved working with people individually, I realized I wanted to be able to support clients with their mental health on a deeper level and began pursuing my degree in counseling.
