My Ideal Client

Life can be hard for so many reasons, and feeling alone with those challenges can make it worse. Let's work together to figure out how to make life easier for you. In this space, you're invited to show up just as you are, with whatever you want, and identify what you need. Maybe you just want someone to listen. Or, maybe you have stuff to process and want a space to problem-solve. Let me provide you with a judgment-free space where you will be supported and encouraged through your life journey.

My Background and Approach

I've been providing guidance to queer and neurodivergent folks since 2018, which really sparked my interest in becoming a therapist. The experience of being trusted to listen and support folks through life's ups and downs is incredibly humbling. I enjoy being able to witness and guide someone as they build a stronger relationship with themself and further develop the confidence to live life how they see fit. My therapeutic approach is largely tailored to the goals and needs of each person. Some of the foundational approaches I use the most include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Strength-Based Therapy. These approaches, in addition to others, help guide us as we work towards identifying strengths, overcoming challenges, and striving towards greater self-empowerment.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

I believe that everyone has their own unique strengths, knowledge, and power that can be used to transform their lives however they want. Through a collaborative process, we'll embrace self-discovery and self-acceptance as you identify your strengths and learn how to use them to help you flourish. Our work together will be guided by a treatment plan we co-create to identify life changes you'd like to see, steps you are comfortable taking, and ways I can support you.
