My Approach to Helping

I work with individuals who may be trying to cope with the feelings of insecurity, perfectionism, self-hatred or shame. Know that there is hope and that recovery is possible.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I use EMDR with my clients for rapid results. EMDR focuses on shifting those hard-wired negative beliefs that might creep up. Overall my approach is strength-based and trauma informed.
