My Ideal Client

Many individuals and couples I work with come to therapy feeling stuck in painful cycles—disconnected, unheard, or caught in patterns that don’t seem to shift. Beneath the frustration or distance, there is often a deep longing for closeness, understanding, and a sense of safety in relationship. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, or noticing a gradual loss of connection, experiencing anxiety or depression, therapy can offer a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening.

My Approach to Helping

In my practice I offer clinical insight, tools and space to deeply understand and change generational, relational or behavioral patterns that contribute to problems in your life. I work with individuals and couples who experience a range of experiences including relationship problems, mood disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Therapeutic approaches that I utilize in therapy include: dialectical behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma processing techniques. My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and relational. Before becoming a clinical therapist, I worked with children impacted by domestic violence and with adults recovering from eating disorders. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark College in 2021, and have since provided individual, group, and couples therapy in both community mental health settings and private practice.

Social Justice Issues We Care About

My interests and educational pursuits in social justice, mindfulness approaches and attachment focused lens drive my passion for this work. I am LGBTQI+ allied, Black Lives Matters allied, Trans allied, and take a community oriented approach to therapy. We all bring our unique identities, beliefs, experiences and backgrounds to the table. I would be honored to join you on your healing journey.
