My Ideal Client

I serve individuals age 18+. Do you notice that things aren't going well--perhaps you have even noticed a pattern in your relationships or how you react to things or how your habits show up in their life? I can help you connect the dots between what you are experiencing and what the root might be. Then, we can work together to change those patterns and implement tools to live a life that is more in line with your values.

My Approach to Helping

I aim to provide space for you to gain insight and create new ways of being. I am committed to providing a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. My approach to counseling is integrative—client-centered, relational, experiential, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic. I also implement principles from acceptance and commitment therapy, strength-based approaches, positive psychotherapy, and the Townsend model. My work is collaborative—I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my responsibility is to assist you in realizing your own values and goals.
