My Ideal Client

My ideal clients are couples and families ready to strengthen their connections and navigate challenges together. You might be an LGBTQIA+ couple seeking affirming support, partners in an open or CNM relationship working through unique dynamics, or co-parents looking to communicate more effectively. Perhaps you're feeling disconnected from your partner or struggling with recurring conflicts in your family.

My Approach to Helping

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and systemic approaches to help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we'll explore how your emotions, attachment needs, and relational dynamics shape your interactions. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique situation—I meet you where you are and honor your story. In our work together, you'll have space to access deeper emotions, shift unhelpful cycles, and respond to each other in new, healing ways. I create a safe, non-judgmental environment where all partners feel heard and understood. Whether you're looking to improve communication, navigate a transition, or rebuild intimacy, I'm here to support you in building the relationships you want.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I'm committed to feminist work and social justice, which shapes how I show up in therapy. My background working with adolescents taught me about power dynamics and navigating systems—lessons I carry into my work with couples and families today. As a first-generation American, I understand the complexity of bridging different cultural worlds and family expectations. I believe therapy should be accessible, affirming, and centered on your needs. I'm here to help you build relationships and a life that feels authentic to you.
