I help people reconnect with their own ability to heal and grow, and to become aware of obstacles or habitual patterns that get in the way of their potential to experience greater meaning, joy and connection in their lives. Therapy looks different for each individual depending on their values and needs. Regardless of which approach we may use in our sessions, you can expect to be treated with respect and care.

My Approach to Helping

I have built my practice around the belief that cultivating a trusting relationship is the best path to reaching your personal and emotional goals. I help people reconnect with their own ability to heal and become aware of obstacles or habitual patterns that get in the way or limit the potential for experience and connection. I have over 18 years experience in mental health, counseling, and alcohol and drug treatment. Adults and teens (16 and up) are welcome. My practice provides an affirming and safe space to process, heal, and grow.
