Our Ideal Client

We prioritize an anti-oppressive, intersectional focus to make a safer place for LGBTQIAS2+ folks, BIPOC, and others to process trauma. We offer gender affirming care, and everyone in the collaboration is sensitive to the cultural hierarchies that can obstruct healing.

Our Approach to Helping

Each member of our collaborative practice operates through a trauma-informed, intersectional lens. We bring different specialties to our work that can help you process trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and offer the support you need in a way that helps you move toward living the life you want. Trauma, grief, and other adverse experiences affect us all; we provide evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, Substance Use Disorder, and other mental health challenges. Our methods focus on healing the mind-body connection and making way for a fulfilling life full of lovingkindness. We also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for clients who would like to use it to support their treatment.
