Starting the journey of therapy to explore your inner world takes great courage. It is not easy to lean into places that hurt or feel shaky. If you experience anxiety, depression, have a difficult time trusting others or yourself, or feel frozen and shutdown, it is my honor to help expand your sense of safety and wellbeing in the world. I specialize in working with folks who have experienced complex, relational, sexual, and/or developmental trauma. BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ allied.
Specialties
I have 3 years of training in Somatic Experiencing, a world-renowned trauma-informed therapeutic modality. This includes acute PTSD, as well as sexual, complex, relational, or developmental trauma. You will learn how trauma works and how to regulate yourself when triggered to feel more empowered in yourself and in the world. My goal is to help you feel more "at home" in your body and learn how to trust your internal cues.
I specialized in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology for my MA training. This largely informs my work and how I hold space for clients. My daily sitting meditation practice supports this.
I am trained in PACT therapy which is deeply rooted in attachment theory. Learning about your attachment style and/or your partner(s) attachment style can be deeply informative, healing, and increase compassion.

I am PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) Level 1 certified which supports my understanding of early attachment wounds and how to help couples thrive. I provide an experiential space to try out new ways of communicating and understanding one another through an attachment-based lens. I am currently enrolled in the Sexual Health Alliance (SHA) sex therapy training. You will learn how to understand your internal cues, your partner’s cues, and how to support each other's regulation.
I support womxn deepen their understanding of the impacts of ideological, institutional, interpersonal, and internalized forces of oppression. It is worthwhile to understand how these forces might shape your self-esteem, limiting beliefs, values, and how you interface in the world.
