My Ideal Client

I work with women navigating anxiety, overwhelm, motherhood, and major life transitions. My clients often appear put-together while struggling silently with pressure, burnout, or unmet emotional needs. They want therapy that feels grounding, relational, and genuinely supportive.

My Approach to Helping

I provide a warm, compassionate presence that allows you to explore your experience free of judgment. My work is anchored in the use of the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for healing and growth. I hold a strong belief in your own strengths and self-knowledge. I use a variety of approaches depending on your needs, but my approach draws heavily from Hakomi, AEDP, Attachment Theory, the Re-Creation of Self model, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Relational Theory.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I earned my Master of Science degree in Counselor Education with a specialization in relationship and family counseling from Portland State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington. I completed a year-long internship at META Counseling Clinic in Portland, OR where I provided mindful, experiential therapy to couples and individuals. I have completed trainings in Hakomi, Attachment and the Re-Creation of Self model. I opened my own practice in 2018. I came to this profession by way of my own life struggles and path toward growth and wholeness. I feel deeply honored to do this work.
