My Ideal Client

Are you struggling with feeling "too much" or "not enough"? overwhelmed? and/or burnout? I believe healing happens in relationship, and therapy provides a relational container for change. I use healing techniques that integrate brain and body; work with your strengths, experiences, and values and help you make the changes that will allow you to enhance your life with joy, integrity and strength.

My Approach to Helping

I provide individualized therapy focused on transformation and skill building. Together we will learn about how your body/mind/spirit work and then collaborate with your whole self to advance changes you are seeking. My work is anti-racist, queer affirming, fat/body positive, embraces the full spectrum of neurotypes, economic experiences, and abilities. My practice is grounded in wonder and awe, and is informed by the latest neurobiology that explains how stress can not only get stuck in our bodies but also how our bodies are made to heal (EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic, Lifespan Integration, Polyvagal Theory and Interpersonal Neurobiology).

More About the People I Treat

I celebrate and welcome Queer folks (LGBQTIA+, ACE), Black and Indigenous people, people of color and neurodiverse people! If you are struggling with overwhelm, tired of taking on too much or feeling too much, let's do some boundary work to support you in being more connected to yourself, your friends/loved ones, and the world. Parents of kids with big emotions or behaviors -- I want to be on your team!

Working with me more like a guided meditation (for inner parts work), role play, or other experiments for change in the present moment. It focused on unlearning old patterns and learning new ways of doing life.
