My Ideal Client

As an LPC Graduate Student Intern treating individuals, kids, and couples, I offer a safe space to grow and reflect. Along with my academic education, I've spent two years working at a children’s crisis psychiatric inpatient unit. In addition, I have volunteered for three years at a youth crisis hotline. I am certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid.

How I Can Help You

Taking that first step of reaching out for help and support can feel intimidating, and having that strength warrants celebration in and of itself. As a therapist it is my honor to walk alongside my clients and provide unconditional care and support. I strive to create a judgment free environment where people feel safe and free to grow into their true selves. No matter what stage of healing you are in, I would be delighted to help you work through whatever life throws your way. You deserve to have space and time to take care of yourself no matter what you've been through. In sessions you can expect to be greeted with unconditional positive regard and unending support. I like to place the client in the drivers seat when it comes to therapy, because you know your story best. I offer in-person and Telehealth counseling for Oregon residents. Finding the right fit is incredibly important which is why I offer free 15-minute phone consultations so that you can learn more about this experience.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone has the right to a safe space where they are encouraged to be heard and begin the healing process. As a therapist I consistently work to ensure that the therapeutic environment I provide is accepting and welcoming for everyone. I recognize the privileges I have as a cis, white woman and I know it is a major part of my job to take these into account when providing therapy.
