My Ideal Client

I partner best with adults, adolescents, pre-teens, and couples seeking profound and lasting change to their emotional well-being. My ideal clients are those who recognize the courage it takes to seek help and are committed to their own personal growth in a therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect. They value a person-centered, positive, and goal-oriented approach to therapy and are open to exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to achieve a more fulfilling life.

How I Can Help You

I offer In-Person sessions on Wednesdays and Telehealth Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am also available for weekend sessions at client's request! "The universe is change; our life is what our thoughts make it." This quote from Marcus Aurelius is over 1800 years old but it's still true today: Your thoughts are making your life and change is guaranteed. If you need someone to help you explore your thoughts, navigate through change, and emerge stronger on the other side, I've a career's worth of experience doing just that. I specialize in relationships, careers, anxiety & stress reduction, depression, chronic & autoimmune disease, men's issues, and death & dying. I bring an integrative, goal-oriented approach to help you achieve the life you envision.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a student at New York University, completing an M.A. in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness. Prior to NYU, I enjoyed a 25-year career in various HR leadership roles where I discovered an aptitude for aiding individuals and groups improve themselves and their relationships. I believe the therapeutic journey toward a life well lived starts and ends with trust, empathy, and a shared commitment to your well-being and future success. Now as a counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss. I'm also a 22-year husband, a 20-year Dad of 2, and a lifelong runner. Please reach out for a free consultation to see if I’m the right fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
