Happy to connect remotely or in person, with weekend hours available. Working through struggles often is the pathway to a new and better you. Whatever you are going through, if you handle the situation properly you can use it as leverage to make your life better. I am here to help you see yourself, the role you are playing in your life and the one you could be. I will assist you in focusing on what you can impact and how to be in a healthy relationship with what you cannot change. The work we do together can increase your confidence, security and peace.

My work in higher education as well as my study of contemplative psychotherapy and yogic philosophy inform my work with clients. Transformation is possible. As I become a more joyful and compassionate person, I want to help other people over come their suffering and experience more happiness!
