My Ideal Client

I work with adults (18 and over) with a wide range of psychiatric disorders including, but not limited to Bipolar I and II disorders, ADHD, psychotic or thought disorders, personality disorders, and many others. Finding the therapy that you feel is right for you can help you to rediscover, restore, and retain your sense of individual value or worth. If medication is prescribed, it should help you to feel more like yourself.

My Background

I earned my BSN from OHSU in 1991 where I worked for over 20 years as a Registered Nurse. The struggles and pain that I witnessed first hand in the ER and Trauma ICUs along with the mental health crises that often caused them, are part of what gave me a passion for mental health and psychiatry. My years working in the hospital setting provided not only an extensive medical background, but also a lens through which to view mental health struggles that is unique and valuable.
