My Ideal Client

I am passionate about working with children age 8 and up, teens, and adult individuals. I am an advocate for the LGBTQ+ and other underserved communities. I enjoy working with clients of all ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations. I have worked extensively with trans clients both pre and post transition. I work often with anxiety, depression, stress, work issues, and finding identity.

My Approach to Helping

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon and have more than eight years experience working in mental health. Facilitating growth and healing in others is my passion and drives my work as a counselor. I work from a multi-cultural, client-centered approach. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable space for clients to collaboratively explore through their concerns in confidence. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and a solution focused approach.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I truly believe that we can all change and grow (which is often much needed!) throughout our lives. It is an honor for me to be there alongside my clients as they grow and explore their identities throughout life.
