My Ideal Client

Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes those struggles seem to last for years. You don’t have to go through it alone. In therapy, you can find relief from anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, unwanted habits, or unresolved trauma. You may also be looking for personal growth—whether that means improving communication, deepening intimacy, overcoming procrastination, or moving forward with meaningful goals.

My Approach to Helping

With more than 15 years of experience in mental health, I offer structured, goal-oriented therapy designed to help you make real progress. Together, we’ll draw on culturally sensitive cognitive behavioral strategies as well as trauma-processing methods such as EMDR to support your healing and growth.

Why We are a Good Fit for You

In our work, you’ll find a space of understanding rather than judgment—a place where your unique background and experiences are respected. You can expect honesty, humility, and curiosity as we collaborate, helping you build resilience and strengthen your connection with your compassionate inner self.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) External link

I practice an integrative form of CBT called TEAM-CBT which includes aspects of parts therapy like IFS, Gestalt, Interpersonal therapy, Exposure and Response prevention and other techniques.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Anxiety External link

I provide structured CBT treatment to address the beliefs, behaviors and relational issues and underlying trauma that can perpetuate anxiety. CBT is considered the "gold standard" in evidence based treatments and often starts to bring palpable relief within the first treatment session.
