I believe that people heal through safe, authentic relationships and that meaningful change begins when we feel truly seen rather than judged. I value compassion, curiosity, social justice, cultural humility, and respect for the many ways people form relationships and families. I strive to create an affirming space for people of all backgrounds, identities, orientations, and relationship structures. Outside of my work, I enjoy traveling, discovering new restaurants and neighborhoods, live music and dancing, spending time near the ocean, and going on adventures with my rescue dog. I’m naturally curious about people and cultures and appreciate humor, warmth, and honest conversation.
