My Ideal Client

I have a real passion for working with teenage girls experiencing anxiety, and women during difficult life transitions such as going to college, experiencing heartbreak, pregnancy, and becoming a parent.

My Background and Approach

I am a Portland native and hold a master's degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark Graduate School, as well as a bachelor's degree in Theater. My background includes community counseling for adults and couples, school-based mental health, eating disorder treatment for adolescents, and grief support groups for youth.

My Approach to Helping

I believe in the healing power of connection and offer a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. We will work together to establish your therapy goals, and I will continually check in on our dynamic to make sure you feel supported and understood. Ultimately, you are the expert on yourself. I will show up with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. Trying to find a therapist who feels right for you can be daunting. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation where we can get to know each other, discuss your current concerns, and see if we are a good fit.
