My Ideal Client

Are you struggling with your relationship, wanting more emotional connection, or constantly arguing with your partner? Does your teen seem more anxious, withdrawn, or moody? Are you looking for insight into your own patterns? I welcome you, and will show up with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity.

My Approach to Helping

I offer a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. We will work together to establish your therapy goals, and I will continually check in on our dynamic to make sure you feel supported and understood. Ultimately, you are the expert on yourself. My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a Portland native and hold a master's degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark Graduate School, as well as a bachelor's degree in Theater. My background includes community counseling for adults and couples, school-based mental health, eating disorder treatment for adolescents, and grief support groups for youth.
