My Approach

I use holistic approaches ranging from mindfulness, personal and transpersonal psychosynthesis methods, psychoanalysis, visualization, reflective self-awareness techniques, and meditation. I also use a modified variation of EMDR for release, integration and closure of trauma-based issues. It is my genuine belief that each client can with conscious effort instill inner and outer changes with positive results and consequences. I value the collaborative effort between client and therapist because I have found that such mutual cooperation guarantees the most effective and lasting results. I also value solution-focused therapy with focus on solutions rather than problems. In this way, the client gains the understanding that every small change leads to a bigger change, and that every limitation can be dealt with by keeping the wholeness of the person in view and by honoring each sign of progress as a stepping stone in the right direction one step at the time.

My Background

I have served as Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist, Career Counselor, Life Coach and Meditation Practitioner in the United States and Canada for over 30 years. I use holistic approaches combining psychosynthesis, cognitive and mindfulness approaches for personal and spiritual growth. In collaboration with my clients, I work with individuals, couples and families with emphasis on personal development, psychological and spiritual growth. My goal is to help clients achieve a sense of wholeness that produces a sense of genuine authenticity and success in all areas of their lives.
