My Ideal Client

I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, eating disorders, and life transitions. I work best with clients who feel stuck in obsessive loops or rigid patterns and want to feel more present and connected in their lives. If your thoughts feel loud, relentless, or in control, therapy can help you build flexibility, self-trust, and a path forward.

My Approach to Helping

Together, we'll explore unhelpful patterns, deepen self-awareness, and work toward living with greater intention—making choices grounded in your values, not fear. I'm passionate about helping clients build self-trust to face life with more confidence and compassion. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can show up fully and authentically. My approach is primarily humanistic, informed by existential and ACT frameworks, with a strong focus on values-based living. For clients with OCD, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment, along with Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) when appropriate. I believe real change comes from building tolerance for uncertainty and choosing a life aligned with what truly matters to you. I also incorporate DBT skills to support emotional regulation and distress tolerance. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and focused on helping you create a meaningful, grounded life.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because I’ve experienced how powerful it can be to have a space where you don’t have to perform or hide — where you can be fully yourself without judgment. Those therapeutic experiences, where I felt seen and safe, had a lasting impact on me, and I aim to offer that same kind of environment to my clients. I also have personal experience with OCD, so I understand how overwhelming and life-disrupting it can be. At the same time, I know recovery/symptom relief is possible. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and living in alignment with my values played a key role in my own healing, and that perspective shapes the work I do with clients every day.
