Sexual Trauma Recovery Group (For Female-Identifying Individuals) Join our virtual recovery group starting Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 4:00–5:30 PM (start date tentative based on interest). This safe, supportive space is designed for those with a history of sexual trauma to foster healing through shared experiences and the development of practical coping skills. Together, we will work toward making sense of the past in ways that empower long-term resilience.

Birchwood Counseling will be offering a 9-week OCD Skills Group - Start date: TBD/Once the group is filled. WHO: People who experience obsessions and compulsions and are impacted by OCD. WHEN: Wednesdays, 3:00 – 4:30 PM. WHERE: Virtual group via Google Meet. COST: Covered by OHP (Trillium, CareOregon/Health Share). $81 per session for Out of Network, with some sliding scale spots available.
