My Approach to Helping

Somatic & Mind-Body Integration: Drawing inspiration from Gabor Maté's work, I believe your body holds the blueprint of your emotional history. We will work to identify how past experiences manifest as physical tension, chronic stress, and behavioral patterns, learning to gently listen to and regulate your nervous system. PTSD Treatment: I am specifically trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and utilize evidence-based tools to process difficult experiences and redefine the narratives that keep you stuck. Beyond the Mind: My extensive background in reproductive health research and as a certified menstrual health educator means I offer a multidimensional perspective. We explore how hormonal factors and overall health dimensions impact your mental well-being, ensuring a holistic view of your challenges.
