What I Specialize In

I specialize in women's mental health with a strong focus on maternal emotional well-being. I have expertise in working with the perinatal population as well as high risk pregnancy, chronic illness, and neurodiversity. I am passionate about working with parents who are navigating complex children's needs. My work is relationship based, attachment theory informed, and I am trained in The Circle of Security. I am pursuing my PMHC through Postpartum Support International. I see patients in-person only at my office in SE Portland; my style is approachable, collaborative and non-judgmental.
