I've spent the last 12+ years providing therapy to neurodiverse folks. I also have extensive experience working with queer and transgender clients. While I can work with a variety of presenting concerns I specialize in complex PTSD, and dissociative disorders such as OSDD or DID. I am also an excellent diagnostician and can asses and diagnose many conditions including ADHD. I can't diagnose autism at this time. I am only talking new clients who do not need crisis care. I'm dual Licensed in WA.

I have 15+ years integrating mindfulness into therapy when clients request it. In addition to receiving regular continuing education on the topic, I am a practicing Buddhist of 10+ years of practice that I can offer clients in a secular manner if that's their preference. In the past I ran an ADHD friendly mindfulness group. I love helping people who think they can't do mindfulness discover that they can!
While I don't provide full fidelity DBT, it was the first treatment modality I learned in graduate school. I got my training in DBT cofaciliting multifamily DBT groups from a psychologist who had training from Marsha Linehan. While I provide an integrative approach to therapy using many modalities, DBT is the thread that holds much of my work together.
I received psychodynamic supervision during my residency, and have continued learning and growing in this specialty. Psychodynamic therapy is the other consistent thread that holds much of my work together.
I received my first intro ASCH approved training in Clinical Hypnosis in July 2025 and am currently working toward my certification in clinical hypnosis. I engage in regular consultation in this area. At client request, I use hypnosis to help clients reduce stress, improve relaxation and am learning to help them use it to process trauma. I love to teach clients self hypnosis so they can reap the benefits of healthy trance on their own terms!

I have over 15 years of experience working with people with ADHD, over 10 of those working as a psychologist at an ADHD clinic. This included doing assessments with the purpose of diagnosis and providing therapy. I am particularly skilled at doing ADHD assessments for folks with a high degree of complexity. I have extensive training on ADHD. I also have ADHD myself. I was diagnosed at age 3 when I got kicked out of preschool!
I have 10+ years of providing therapy to folks on the spectrum. While I can't make a medical diagnosis of autism at this time, I did autism testing in the past. I also have a family member on spectrum. I have several hours of specialized training. However the most helpful training is the years of experience listening to, believing, and working with my autistic clients.
I have 8+ years of experience working with folks with DID and OSDD. I have over 120 hours of specialized training in this area from the International Society for Trauma and Dissociation, including an advanced certification in trauma and dissociation. I also engage in regular professional consultation in this area. With that said I've learned the most from my listening to and believing my clients.

I have been working with queer clients for 15+ years. I have taken many professional trainings in the topic including writing letters for gender affirming surgery and the intersection of queerness with autism, trauma, dissociation, etc. While the trainings are helpful, I've learned the most from listening to and believing my clients' experiences. Additionally I provide letters for gender affirming surgery. I identify as queer and have a daughter with two moms.
