My Ideal Client
My primary experience and interest is in working with youth, and I see clients between the ages of 5 and 15. I work with clients on a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and traumatic recovery.
My Background
I was born in Portland, and raised in both Portland and the Puget Sound region. I love to spend my time exploring the Northwest, cooking with my family and friends, playing guitar, and reading anything I can get my hands on. I truly love working with humans, and have always balanced that with a passion for working with my hands. I love finding new ways to express that passion, and am currently working on several renovation projects in my childhood home.
