My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space where clients can process their experiences.

My goal is to sit alongside you through the difficult moments, provide a safe and supportive space to heal, and help you better understand yourself along the way. Together, we can work toward becoming the best version of yourself.

I value connection, authenticity, and growth. I utilize EMDR, CBT, ACT. I am flexible and work with the clients needs. On my free time, I enjoy eating ice cream, watching shows with my husband, and indoor rock climbing.
