My Ideal Client

Do you struggle to find the energy to do things you once enjoyed? Activities that used to bring happiness and fulfillment now feel like an insurmountable task. Even the simplest of tasks, like getting out of bed or taking a shower, feels impossible. The constant negative thoughts and feelings are overwhelming. With the right support and treatment, you can regain a sense of hope and joy in life. Sessions with me will focus on spending the time needed to fully understand your unique symptoms, stressors, and strengths. I aim to create a non-judgmental space for you to share your struggles so we can work to together to get you on a path of healing.
