My Ideal Client

I am drawn to experiential and relational perspectives, using modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I value collaborative, authentic relationships rooted in openness and growth, and am committed to exploring intersectionality within systems of oppression and privilege. I aspire to offer a compassionate, affirming space where clients can explore their present moment and heal toward a life of meaning.

My Approach to Helping

I am a non-binary and queer counselor-in-training with a major in Psychology and minor in Mathematics. Originally pursuing a career in teaching math-ed and ceramic arts, I transitioned into psychology to connect and support adolescent and young adult mental health. Currently, I'm is studying Mental Health Counseling at Lewis & Clark Graduate School.
