My Ideal Client

My patient-centered approach prioritizes individual needs and goals, respecting each person's values and experiences. I collaborate with clients to offer evidence-based treatment options, including medication management and integrative therapeutic interventions, to facilitate their mental health journeys. I specialize in adult depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD, and I have received additional training in mental health care for women and veterans.

My Approach to Helping

With over a decade of healthcare experience, my nursing career evolved from providing medical and mental health care in hospitals to focusing specifically on mental health, which I find deeply rewarding. This passion led me to earn an advanced nursing degree as a PMHNP from Gonzaga University and complete a PMHNP Residency at the Mann-Grandstaff Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Committed to cultural humility, sensitivity, and responsiveness, I have served diverse patient populations across urban and rural communities in Oregon and Washington. I am an LGBTQ-affirming provider.
