Whether you are navigating a major life transition or just feeling stuck, I will walk with you and listen with an open heart, sensitivity and respect. I have experience working with both adults and older children who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, the impact of trauma or grief, or simply having difficulty finding their way in the world or adjusting to life changes.
