I work with people who care deeply for others, whether in caregiving roles, relationships, or high-stress work environments where they may find themselves struggling to care for themselves or experiencing signs of burnout. My work partners with folks to navigate the complicated terrain of caregiving, relationship challenges, significant life changes, anxieties, and all types of trauma. I’m especially committed to supporting LGBTQ folks through these challenges.
