I have experience supporting both short-term and long-term therapeutic work, tailoring the pace and approach to your individual needs. My practice is grounded in Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and fostering the mind–body connection, while also incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
