My Ideal Client

I have experience working with a adults and teens with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment/life transitions, childhood trauma, relationship issues, ADHD and more. I have enjoyed working with many clients from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds and acknowledge the impact of power and oppression on mental well-being and treatment. I am queer, trans, and poly/kink affirming and committed to social and racial justice.

My Approach to Helping

By working together we can address your concerns and explore creative ways to make change while acknowledging your inherent strengths and resilience. My approach is eclectic and trauma-informed. I incorporate interventions from modalities including narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, and ACT in treatment. As a person-centered therapist, I believe it is necessary to be collaborative and transparent in planning treatment. I enjoy helping clients find unconventional ways to incorporate art, music, and other forms of creative expression into their healing journey.
