My Ideal Client

Currently in my practice I focus on supporting adults and teens navigating life’s transitions (graduating, new careers, changes in family structures, etc.) as well as support those hoping to deepen their understanding of themselves, build social supports, and navigate anxiety and depression. I have training in EMDR and trauma work and have worked in a variety of mental health settings.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in OR and WA. I have been working in various mental health roles since 2018. I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns and now enjoy working more specifically with teens and adults navigating trauma and other life transitions.

I believe that when we know more about mental health and how trauma impacts our minds and bodies, we drastically increase our ability to cope and heal. My goal as a therapist is to navigate challenges with my clients as they repair their relationships with themselves, strengthen their relationships with others, explore their passions, and navigate changes.
