My Ideal Client

I welcome folx from all walks of life and who are dealing with various mental health concerns. I can work with you and your partner to learn to speak to each other in a way that strengthens your bonds and helps you feel like you are partnered with your best friend. Whether you're dealing with a loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict, or coping in ways that don't align with your values, I would be honored to be a witness to your process and meet you right where you are.

My Approach to Helping

ONLY OFFERING TELEHEALTH (ONLINE) SESSIONS. I want to work alongside you, exploring your strengths and values to help you better cope with life's ups and downs. I use an integrated approach to help you achieve your goals. I am an emotion focused therapist and help couples and families from an attachment framework. I specialized in addictions counseling during my internship at Lewis and Clark College where I saw individuals struggling with addictions and co-occurring disorders for nearly 2 years, as well as helped their family members navigate through that process and be a support to their family member. My passion is working with couples, exploring their strengths and values to help them come together as a team and navigate life's ups and downs. I have an additional year of experience working primarily with couples and families.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that change is constant. I always wanted to find a way to give back and contribute something to society, therefore I became a therapist to help foster positive and sustainable change in people's lives. Due to my own upbringing and family background, I knew that I wanted to help others find ways to come together and create a loving and secure community, something I didn't have much of when I was young. Some random tidbits about myself are that I have a strong affinity for dogs and anything cuddly. You may get the chance to see my dog during our telehealth sessions. She is a Border Collie/Australian Shepard mix. I love my plant babies as well, which will be fully displayed in my home office for your visual enjoyment.
