My Ideal Client

We may be a good fit if: You feel like you know what you want to be able to do in life, but are having trouble getting there. You want to be more in touch with your own desires and boundaries . You want to explore your gender, sexuality, or relationships. You are seeking support after relational or sexual trauma. You feel anxiety is holding you back from living the life you want.

My Approach to Helping

In our sessions, we’ll slow things down and get curious—about your thoughts, your body, and the different “parts” of you that show up in everyday life. We’ll notice what’s going on with compassion, not judgment. Sometimes that means gently exploring patterns that no longer serve you, and sometimes it means tuning into the body to see what it’s trying to say. In therapy with me, building a connection comes first. I want you to feel like you can show up as yourself, and humor is welcome. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to make sure I really get you, and I’ll offer activities that help you explore your goals in new ways. That could look like mapping out parts of self, checking in with the body, or practicing noticing and naming thoughts—all with the aim of helping bring your inner world into focus. Clients have told me I offer a good mix of support and challenge to help you grow. I draw most from Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I'm also a certified sexuality educator through AASECT, and I’ve led workshops on topics like desire differences in relationships, kink, and asexuality. I believe that sexual health and mental health are deeply connected, and I approach both with care, respect, and curiosity.
