My Ideal Client
I work with people of all backgrounds from teens to older adults with no preset expectations. I have specialized in ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma and mood disorders among others.
My Approach to Helping
The first few sessions is getting to know each and being comfortable and getting to root cause of the challenge and go from there by coming up with a mutually agreed upon plan for treatment and healing. I believe in the use of psychotherapy, medications or a combination of both in treatment.
