My Ideal Client

My ideal clients are adults—especially trans, gender-diverse, and LGBTQIA+ individuals—who face discrimination, marginalization, or barriers to care. I work with those navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, and gender dysphoria or transition-related concerns. If you feel isolated by oppressive systems and yearn for a safe, affirming space to heal and thrive, you are welcome here.

My Approach to Helping

In our work together, I integrate evidence-based practices like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy with a liberation philosophy that honors the impact of systemic oppression. I begin by creating a compassionate, validating space where your experiences—both personal and political—are acknowledged. Together, we explore how various forms of trauma, discrimination, and marginalization contribute to your current challenges, while building skills to foster resilience, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of agency. Whether addressing complex trauma or supporting transition-related needs, my approach is collaborative, empowering, and tailored to help you reclaim your well-being and envision a more hopeful future.

More About the People I Treat

I work with individuals who have endured the profound effects of societal marginalization and discrimination. Many of my clients are TGD and LGBTQIA+ adults who face not only personal struggles like depression, anxiety, and PTSD but also systemic barriers that compromise their access to affirming care and bodily autonomy. I also support those dealing with gender dysphoria, transition-related concerns, and the emotional toll of internalized oppression. My practice is rooted in anti-racist, decolonized, and affirming approaches that recognize the intersectional realities of identity. Together, we aim to transform the pain of oppression into a pathway for healing, resilience, and collective empowerment.
