My Ideal Client

You might be doing everything you’re supposed to be doing (showing up to work, keeping up with life, handling what needs to get done), but something still feels off. Maybe your mind feels busy all the time, your mood has shifted, or things that used to feel manageable now take more out of you. You may have wondered whether medication could help, but you’re not looking to be pushed into anything. I want to help you understand it all and make thoughtful decisions about what actually feels right.

My Background

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I approach medication management in a way that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in your real life. We start with a conversation about what you’ve been noticing, what’s been feeling hard, and what you’re hoping for. From there, we look at options together. Medication can be one of those options, but starting the conversation never means you have to commit before you feel ready. If medication is something you want to explore (or revisit after a past experience that didn’t feel like the right fit) I take a careful approach and check in often to make sure it’s truly helping, not just changing how you feel. I’m board-certified and have worked across different care settings, which helps me tailor care to the person in front of me rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. If you’re already working with a therapist or another provider, I’m also happy to collaborate so your care feels connected.

My Approach to Helping

I care a lot about creating a space where you can be honest about what’s going on without feeling rushed, judged, or like you need to have the right words. My role is not to reduce you to a diagnosis or jump to quick answers. I want to understand you as a whole person and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing in a way that feels manageable, clear, and honest. If you reach out, my hope is that you feel supported by someone who is really listening and willing to walk through the process with you, step by step.
