I hope to create a safe space for you to explore those hardwired thoughts and beliefs. You deserve to experience life in a new light, to reduce suffering, and freedom to find peace in your well-being.

I take a collaborative approach towards counseling, blending techniques to best serve each person and welcoming feedback to increase trust and collaboration. I integrate several orientations to achieve a well-rounded perspective to address and explore the stressors that life has brought onto you.
