My Background and Approach
My educational background includes a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. I was licensed in the state of Oregon in 2024 with the Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.
I use an integrative approach with a trauma-informed lens mainly drawing from theoretical foundations of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy while incorporating neuroscience and Attachment science.
