My Ideal Client

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. If you’re here, it means you’re already listening to a part of yourself that wants things to feel better — and that’s enough to begin. After you reach out, we’ll contact you to talk about availability, whether telehealth feels right for you, and answer any questions you may have. There is no pressure or commitment until you’re ready. Whether you’re feeling stuck, worn down, or simply unsure where to turn, this is the place for you to start.

My Approach to Helping

I use encrypted Telehealth/Video Conferencing for all sessions, which allows you to be comfortable and safe in your own space. My work is focused on helping you understand what you’re going through, develop healthier ways of living, and find a path forward that fits you and helps you become the person you always wanted to be. I use proven, evidence-based therapies, I work at your pace — with respect, privacy, and care.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

These are the things that matter in counseling: Counseling supports YOU! We identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We work through anxiety, depression, and emotional distress. We explore difficult or painful experiences at a pace that feels safe. You can then change negative or self-critical thoughts. I help you develop healthier ways of coping and responding to stress. You feel more steady, focused, and balanced in everyday life. Bottom Line: You regain a sense of control and confidence moving forward!
