My Ideal Client
I typically work with people who are late diagnosed with ASD, as well as people with an ADHD diagnosis. I also enjoy working with individuals exploring their spirituality, stepping away from organized religion, or questioning their beliefs. Many of my clients come from different states and diverse backgrounds, and I strive to meet each person where they are.
My Approach to Helping
I enjoy the little glimmers in life and hope to inspire you to do the same. It is my goal to work closely with you to structure therapy to be what you need. It is so important to connect with your therapist to build a trusting relationship. This will be our first step together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone who is neurodivergent, I understand the struggle. With my background and personal experience, we can see what works for you. We are all different! It is my hope that in our sessions you just feel like you’re talking to an honest friend who is supporting you through a non-biased and informed lens. Remember: therapy is human connection
