My Background and Approach

In 2008, with a background in Psychology, I began studying holistic bodywork & Asian healing arts. Over the years I have refined my approach to healing through trainings in CranialSacral Therapy, Internal Pelvic Attunement, & mental health counseling with experience in multiple movement practices. My practice is a safer, consent-based space that welcomes your authentic self expression to explore healing. Together we identify what healing means to you, clarify your wants & needs, and bring awareness to your somatic experience. A session deeply tends to the physical, emotional, & energetic bodies through presence, relational attunement, & bodywork. I focus my full attention on your body & energy with the intention of facilitating the healing you desire. Your conscious presence in the process is encouraged. My hope is that during our session you will feel held and leave the space feeling empowered through embodiment.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is an inherent part of life and that holistic bodywork is about helping the body do what it naturally knows how to do. Where my intention & presence meet yours, an opening to healing is found. I am a lifelong learner who is passionate about individual & collective healing, aligning with & attuning to nature, and self liberation. I see self liberation as an essential element within the liberation of all.
